Rule 103
Statement of equity
In case of dissolution of the corporation, if the equity available from it is insufficient to return the full capital to the shareholders, such equity shall be distributed in such a way that all the shareholders shall bear a loss equal to the amount that should have been paid for the shares held in their name on the date of commencement of the dissolution.
